Pumpkin Butter & Nutella

Taking pictures of food is a lot harder than you would think as you can tell by my pictures below. You have to worry about lighting and composition when you really just want to eat the dessert. Check out these recipes for  Nutella Brownies and Pumpkin Swirl Cheese Cake Bars .  The Nutella brownies are just three ingredients and so yummy.  The Cheese Cake Bars are a lot easier than having to deal with a spring form pan if you even have the pan.  I did deviate from the recipe a little bit as I only had two bricks of cream cheese and didn't want to go to the store.  I happened to have marscarpone cheese which when I looked in the Joy of Cooking cookbook is 1 cup plus 2 TBSP.
