What Does Alzheimer Look Like?

I took this picture a year ago not realizing that a year later Jerry would be gone.  Jerry always had a smile on his face and happy to see you.  He will be much missed by his family and friends but never forgotten.

    I was with you that day, and whenever I think of Jerry I see him relaxed and enjoying Balboa Island. He will be so missed.
