Wishing you were in Maine

When I think of Maine and summer I think of Lobster Rolls.  Lucky for us, Southern California seems to be embracing Lobster Rolls and we now have access to a few places.  If you are not so lucky to have a roll near by, check out NPR's article on Lobster.  If you are really curious about lobsters check out The Secret Life of Lobsters by Trevor Corson.
