Let The Parades Begin

I've always associated Mardi Gras with New Orleans, which I've learned now with my daughter living in Louisiana, that the whole state celebrates with equal enthusiasm. So for those of you who are up for a fat satisfying meal today, my recommendation would be Mr.B's Shrimp and Grits. If you are visiting New Orleans this restaurant should be at the top of your list.
