Cheese Maker Wannabe

On my little bucket list I have been wanting to learn how to make cheese, so to actually see cheese being made on a farm with live sheep was a real treat and also finally the inspiration I needed for me to actually make mozzarella and ricotta cheese at home.  The cheese I made was surprisingly good for my first attempt, although I must admit I would not have gotten any style points on presentation which is why I have no pictures of my own cheese.
