Water Water Every Where and Not a Drop to Drink

For all of those who don't live in California we are officially in a drought. I must admit that after living here for 22 years this is a new experience for me and i'm guessing for many others. We are suppose to be dropping our water usage by 25% starting July 1st. So lucky for us our son moved out on July 1st and based on his water usage taking showers we should have no problem in complying.  We have signs posted on our medium strips that brown is the new green.  Neighbors are tearing up their lawns of grass and replacing with succulent type plants. There are signs on tables to drink wine not water. Of course as all this is taking place there is talk that El Nino is a brewing and maybe rain is actually on the way. One things is for sure that who ever can figure out this water situation will be wealthy in more ways than one.
