Thanksgiving Traditions

Thanksgiving is all about family and traditions.  I like tradition but I also like to change things up a little bit.  I found this recipe for Butternut-Corn Chowder with Goat Cheese Croutons from Bon Appetit in 1999 and decided to try on a whim, which immediately became my family's favorite dish at Thanksgiving and is now apart of our tradition.  

I also like short cuts so I cheat and buy the butternut squash already cut up.  My photo is missing the goat cheese and the frozen white corn which you definitely don't want to leave out.  Also I go lighter on the chipolte.
