Not exciting stuff but necessary.
If you have already done this please ignore but I imagine we all, at some level, need to stay on top of this subject for more reasons than one. I found this site through the WSJ a month ago and started a notebook. Of course I didn't finish but just saw again on NPR. So another nudge to get my act together. And if the paper part is not enough to drive you crazy, now we need to be sure and keep up with our digital life as well. So check out this site and remember that just because you've done everything on the list it will be of no help if you don't have it in a way that other people can have access to if necessary.
