I've never been a fan of cauliflower but who could resist this gorgeous purple. Sicilian Cauliflower Salad might just be the recipe to make me change my mind. Nero D'Avola wine is on my radar to try and The Leopard is by my bedside to read. Yes Sicily is on my mind...travel plans are on the horizon.
